At the forefront of compassionate care, we seek a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional clinical services. About the RoleThis role involves working collaboratively with our Care Manager and General Manager to develop and implement resident-focused care plans and assessments that prioritise quality of life and wellbeing.
- Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality clinical care that meets stringent standards, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Leadership: Lead and support a dedicated team of caregivers, fostering a culture of respect, care, and teamwork.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans and assessments that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with families, doctors, and health professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive excellence in aged care.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Understanding of aged care standards
- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with aged care documentation
- Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- A genuine commitment to quality of life for older Australians
