About the Role

This role involves working collaboratively with our Care Manager and General Manager to develop and implement resident-focused care plans and assessments that prioritise quality of life and wellbeing.

  • Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality clinical care that meets stringent standards, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Leadership: Lead and support a dedicated team of caregivers, fostering a culture of respect, care, and teamwork.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans and assessments that address the unique needs of each resident.
  • Communication: Liaise effectively with families, doctors, and health professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive excellence in aged care.
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Understanding of aged care standards
  • National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with aged care documentation
  • Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • A genuine commitment to quality of life for older Australians
