We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities and contribute to the smooth operation of our depot.
- Daily maintenance of sanitary bins is essential for maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and safe control of the depot and its equipment.
- Accurate and professional documentation is crucial in this role, including completing relevant paperwork.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to internal staff enquiries promptly and efficiently is vital.
- Candidate must report any inconsistencies in service delivery to the Service Manager or Service Supervisor.
- Awareness of team members' roles and providing backup and support during planned and unplanned leave is necessary.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the cleaning industry or related field is highly desirable.
- Candidates with warehouse experience are preferred.
- An intermediate level of computer literacy is required.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively within a team is necessary.
- Passing a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and background checks is mandatory.
