We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our payroll department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accurate, timely payroll on a fortnightly basis
  • Maintain employee records, leave entitlements, superannuation, and salary deductions
  • Ensure payroll services comply with College policies, ATO requirements, and industrial agreements
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from staff and stakeholders
  • Perform general administrative duties as directed by leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in payroll processing, ideally within an education setting (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
  • High level of discretion and accuracy in handling sensitive data
