About the Role

We are seeking an experienced trainer and assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to diverse cohorts.

  • Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • Have relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
  • Demonstrate current industry skills and experience directly relevant to the training/assessment being delivered
  • Experience as a trainer and assessor in the relevant area
  • Ability to motivate students and deliver engaging training
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment towards RTO administration and compliance requirements
  • Will to continue developing VET knowledge and skills, industry currency and trainer/assessor competence
