Human Resources Specialist Role

As a Human Resources Generalist/Advisor, you will partner with senior management to support the effective management of our workforce and lead HR operational requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting frontline managers with performance management and conflict resolution, and maintaining accurate employee records.

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for trades and labour roles.
  • Support managers with performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position with proven process implementation skills.
  • Previous HR Generalist experience with a desire to work closely with senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and modern awards.
  • Experience managing dismissals and supporting managers with performance management plans.
