Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Service Advisor, responsible for overseeing daily operations in the workshop and pump room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day front-line operations ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Manage customer and internal jobs across Diesel Fuel Injection, Workshop, and Large Frame areas.
  • Monitor sales targets and promote growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and review estimates accurately.
  • Liaise with teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Track job progress and completion times to meet labor recovery targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Handle warranty issues effectively.
  • Generate reports and engage in discussions on business matters.
  • Assist with sales inquiries, spare parts orders, and customer orders.
  • Respond to technical, sales, and customer inquiries.
  • Support customers with bookings and service inquiries.
  • Allocate tasks to Mechanics/Technicians as needed.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication.
  • Monitor job progress and keep customers informed.
  • Arrange road tests and assist with testing when required.
  • Promote upselling of products and services.
  • Oversee report issuance including labor, sales, and core returns.
  • Supervise part picking and allocation for jobs.
  • Process part returns and credits efficiently.
  • Verify purchase orders before part ordering.
  • Match stock received with purchase orders.
  • Follow established procedures and documentation guidelines.
  • Comply with ISO rules and procedures.
