Marketing Coordinator/Executive Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator/Executive to join our team. This exciting role will involve planning, implementing and measuring marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email and in-venue promotions.
  • Lead campaign implementation and reporting, analyzing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business impact.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive business results.
  2. Leading campaign implementation and analysis to inform future marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in the hospitality and food & beverage industry.
  2. Proven ability to manage marketing for multiple brands or venues simultaneously.
  3. Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging and on-brand content for a variety of platforms and audiences.
  4. Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business impact.
  5. Hands-on experience with project management and CRM platforms.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  7. A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
