Job Overview

The role of a Civil Design Specialist is critical in our expanding team. This position involves contributing to landmark projects and collaborating with expert professionals to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers to design civil engineering projects.
  • Support the wider team and other teams nationally when opportunities arise.
  • Execute assigned project and 12D design work as part of an integral team adhering to technical and commercial standards.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and be committed to teamwork and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement inputs to enhance efficient workflows within the team.

About You
  • A minimum of 5-10 years industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working on Australian projects within the Building and Property sector would be beneficial.
  • Hold a Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Practical experience using 12D software.
  • Experience with Earthworks, roadworks, stormwater drainage, and utilities.
  • Proficiency in executing BIM and 3D modeling project delivery methods.
  • Familiarity with working with point cloud surveys would be highly regarded.
  • Able to work remotely with clients, liaising directly to deliver suitable engineering solutions.
