We invite Speech Pathology graduates to join our multidisciplinary teams and embark on a rewarding clinical journey.
The New Graduate Program is designed to support you in developing your clinical skills, building your caseload, and achieving professional growth.
- 12-week training program covering essential topics for effective practice

- Weekly clinical supervision tailored to your needs and learning goals
- Flexibility to manage a caseload in an efficient and effective manner as you develop your skills
As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan, from pre-schoolers to adults, with a range of conditions. You will provide intervention in various locations, including clinics, schools/preschools, in-home settings, group homes, via telehealth, or at day programs.
Key Requirements:- Genuine interest and commitment to the human services industry
- An understanding of NDIS principles (desired)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a caseload effectively
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration with SPA
- Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disability
- An understanding of assessments and interventions within the scope of your practice
- A valid driver's license and willingness to drive within the region
- WWCC & NDIS worker check
- Current first aid and CPR certification
