Warehouse Team Member Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our fully automated warehouse in Derrimut, working with a leading global sports fashion brand. This is a temporary to permanent position with opportunities for career progression and cross-training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Decanting, unloading, and sorting stock to ensure smooth distribution within the warehouse.
  • Pick packing, accurately selecting items from inventory to fulfill customer orders and preparing them for dispatch.
  • Inbound, receiving, scanning, and checking incoming deliveries to ensure stock levels are correct and properly documented.
  • Tech/It, assisting with the operation of robotic machinery that sorts and moves products throughout the warehouse, enhancing efficiency and speed.
  • Returns, handling returned items, ensuring they are processed back into inventory or managed according to company guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance, inspecting products and processes to ensure everything meets the company's quality standards before items are shipped to customers.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work 5-6 days per week.
  • A great attitude and a positive, can-do mindset.
  • Ability to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to working safely.
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
