Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain road profiling equipment to ensure precise and efficient road surface preparation, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs on machinery to keep it in optimal working condition, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to project requirements and deadlines, and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols on-site, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Proven experience operating road profiling machinery, with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including both day and night shifts, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Must pass a drug and alcohol test, and undergo a physical assessment to ensure fitness for the role.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
