We're seeking a Senior Account Director to join our Client Service team at AKQA Inc. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for cultivating senior client relationships and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic client relationships.
- Develop and manage client accounts to ensure revenue growth and forecast accuracy.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of client growth opportunities and ensure timely reporting.
- Lead a high-performing team and mentor junior members to drive success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of driving business growth.
- Strong strategic and commercial knowledge, with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in an agency environment, preferably in the CX space.
- Ability to identify and drive new business opportunities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to team work.
