About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant operations. This includes:

  • Managing Restaurant Staff: Supervising and mentoring a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing stockroom operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
