This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in health safety and environmental management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HSEQ department, working closely with the team to deliver end-to-end HSEQ support and guidance to various departments within the organization.

Mentored by experienced HSEQ professionals, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain valuable hands-on experience in maintaining key HSE databases, preparing HSE reports, developing and reviewing operational site plans, and contributing to company sustainability and ESG initiatives.

As a graduate in this role, you will also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and gain invaluable skills through international operations, allowing you to tailor your individual career path.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Diploma or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management/Engineering, or be in your final year of study. You should also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be highly self-motivated, and able to lead, influence, and achieve.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and automation/AI tools is also essential, although previous work experience in a similar or related role is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the HSEQ department in delivering end-to-end HSEQ support and guidance.
  • Maintain key HSE databases and prepare HSE reports.
  • Develop and review operational site plans.
  • Contribute to company sustainability and ESG initiatives.
  • Gain invaluable skills and knowledge through international operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management/Engineering.
  • Final year of study in BSc in OHS or Environmental Management/Engineering equivalent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to lead, influence, and achieve.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and automation/AI tools.
