Senior Property Claims Specialist

As a specialist in property claims, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the entire claims process with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with brokers, internal stakeholders, and direct clients to ensure seamless communication and accurate information sharing.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all claims.
- Negotiate claim settlements within your authority level, ensuring fair outcomes for all parties involved.
- In cases where claims cannot be settled, gather all necessary information and refer to legal representatives as needed.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 6-24 months' experience in managing property claims, including home, landlord, or strata.
- Confidence and professionalism in all interactions.
- The ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders when required.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service in all aspects of work.
