Support Specialist Role

This position is ideal for individuals who wish to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults and children with disabilities.

You will engage directly with customers, their families, and support networks to provide professional assistance and enable them to access community services.

About the Position
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate on behalf of customers and their families/carers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinate supports for customers within various settings, including offices, communities, and homes.
  • Participate in NDIS planning and review individualised plans to meet customer needs.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND FAMILIES THROUGH PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working with adults and/or children with disabilities.
  • Able to develop strong relationships with customers and families.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
