Disability Support Worker Role

NDIS Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join their team on a contractual basis. This role offers the opportunity to work as an independent contractor, providing support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will provide person-centered care to participants, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • They will work collaboratively with the participant's network to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  • Key responsibilities include providing domestic care, personal care, and community access support.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have relevant Australian qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • They must possess a valid ABN and be able to provide proof of right to work in Australia.
  • A current police clearance and first aid certificate are also essential.
