Clinical Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice.
About the RoleThe Practice Manager will enjoy autonomy and act as a trusted partner in driving business growth and delivering exceptional patient care.
- Operate payroll for staff members
- Reconcile patient accounts and financial records
- Oversee roster creation
- Manage reception and nursing teams
- Lead HR functions, including recruitment, training, and exit interviews
- Offer strategic marketing support to principal doctors
- 3+ years of practice management experience with proven tenure
- Ability to utilize best practice
- Business management qualification desirable
- Experience managing HR and finance functions in a medical practice environment
- Organized and resilient personality
