We're seeking an Optical Dispenser/Optical Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to transition from retail to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail
  • Work with complex optics and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate closely with clients on a daily basis, building strong relationships and driving business growth

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Optical Dispenser/Optical Assistant (Cert IV advantageous)
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, combined with a passion for delivering results
  • The ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience dispensing CR Labs lenses is highly desirable
