We're a friendly, independent Optometry Practice in Balwyn North, and we're on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Optical Dispenser to join our close-knit team.

About the Role :

You'll play a key part in delivering outstanding patient care and supporting our optometrists. Your role will include :

  • Patient pre-screening
  • Contact lens fitting & I&R training
  • Paediatric dispensing & frame styling
  • Reception & admin duties
  • Learning about clinical cases like keratoconus, corneal grafts & more

About You :

Qualified Optical Dispenser or experienced in dispensingPeople-first attitude – friendly, compassionate and a great communicatorQuick on your feet, detail-oriented and happy to help out wherever neededEnjoys learning and being part of a supportive, high-performing team
