Are you a driven professional seeking a challenging role in human resources? We are looking for an experienced HR Business Operations Expert to join our team in Sydney.
About the Role:
In this integral position, you will be responsible for providing centralized human resource coordination, administration, and support across various processes, programs, and Centres of Expertise (CoEs). This will include reviewing employment contracts, coordinating visa cases, maintaining employee files, and promoting HR benefits through various campaigns and communication channels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data governance, reporting, and system technology enhancements;
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure operational standards and procedures are effectively leveraged;
- Analyze and report on Workday data, identifying internal customer-impacting issues and implementing solutions;
- Participate in internal and enterprise-wide initiatives related to continuous quality improvement and employee experience;
- Deliver and manage projects assigned, such as coordinating WGEA and Great Place to Work submissions;
- Act as an escalation point from AskHR Shared Services requests and questions, providing professional support to employees, managers, and executive leaders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of HR generalist experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong skills across the entire MS Office suite of products;
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize conflicting projects, and manage deadlines;
- High-level attention to detail is a must in this role;
- A customer-focused approach with exceptional follow-through and accountability.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a flexible benefits package that includes salary packaging options.
