Mobile Storage Removalist Team Leader Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Storage Removalist Team Leader to oversee our mobile storage removal operations. As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, coordinating routes, and ensuring timely delivery and pick-up services.
This role offers flexibility and requires the ability to work in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining accurate records and practicing safe driving techniques.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring personal safety when handling equipment and vehicles.
- Performing basic safety checks on company vehicles.
- Coordinating routes to client sites for timely loading and unloading.
- Facilitating removal and delivery processes with a focus on customer service.
- Liaising with stakeholders to keep staff informed about job status.
Requirements
To be successful, you'll need:
- Physical fitness and ability to pass a basic fitness test
- A current driver's license
- Ability to safely operate single-cab ute towing up to 3-ton trailers
- Experience manoeuvring large trailers in tight spaces
- Integrity and positive attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Safety focus with proactive approach to improving compliance
