Sales Territory Manager

About the Position:
This role involves managing a territory by prospecting for new customers, identifying qualified leads, and selling directly to them. You will source sales accounts independently and work with developed leads from various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers via email, phone calls, and in-person visits and demonstrations
- Set up quality meetings and appointments, nurture relationships, and close deals
- Regularly travel throughout your assigned territory (approximately 20% travel)
- Develop creative outreach ideas to reach new customers
- BUILD strong relationships with diverse groups across multiple sectors
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in outside sales or 2+ years selling AEDs in the field
- Deep experience performing in-person sales presentations and demonstrating products
- Experience owning a territory, identifying decision-makers, and driving demand
- Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other sales-based tools and programs
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
