Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales operations in the APAC territory. This role is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with global business objectives, managing key customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets business objectives
- Lead and coach a sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Forecast regional revenue and monitor performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market initiatives
- Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years' experience in territory sales leadership, preferably in APAC
- Proven track record of delivering consistent revenue growth and managing cross-country teams
- Strong understanding of cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics across APAC
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
