Strata Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to join our strata company based in New South Wales, Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our strata portfolios, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:
  • AGM and Committee Facilitation
  • Client Query Handling and Property Maintenance
  • Budget Forecasting and Financial Reporting
  • Compliance with Strata Legislation
