Pioneer Tutor for Victorian Selective Entry

We have an exceptional opportunity for a driven and committed individual to lead our passionate team in developing a tutoring program for preparing students for the Selective School Entry Exams.
This pioneering role requires someone with high levels of empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will lead the tutoring and resource development team for Victorian Select Entry, teach small-group classes, and develop high-quality teaching materials.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, a 99+ ATAR score, and experience in tutoring students. A long-term mindset, a genuine desire to motivate students, and excellent organizational skills are also essential.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing a comprehensive tutoring program for Victorian Selective Entry
- Teaching small-group classes to students
- Mentoring and guiding tutors
- Creating high-quality teaching materials
