The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director to build attendance pipelines, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing key business administration tasks. They will also play a critical role in building strong relationships with families and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.

Job Description:

  • Support the Centre Director to prioritize and build attendance pipelines
  • Deliver high-standard customer service, responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform key business administration tasks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families
