Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team as a trade and maintenance assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a construction or maintenance role and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Labouring Duties:
  • Internal furniture, equipment, and stock relocations, and deliveries
  • Minor construction labouring using basic tools
  • Ad-hoc Maintenance Duties:
    • Assembling flat packs
    • Changing ceiling panels
    • Car cleaning
    • Maintenance of gardens and landscaping
    • Security door battery changes
    • Door adjustments
    • External grounds maintenance
  • Communicating effectively with the Facilities Coordinator and Project/Facilities Supervisor
  • Use of Outlook and Facilities Maintenance Software (Omtrak)
  • Training provided for tasks such as patching and painting
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a construction or maintenance role
  • Working knowledge of Outlook
  • Willingness to learn Omtrak software
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Police check
  • Working with Children check
  • Good communication skills and reliability
