Grounds Maintenance Labourer Role

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic labourers to join our team in maintaining high-end landscapes and construction sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, have good physical fitness, and a positive attitude.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out general labour tasks such as weeding, litter picking, and moving materials
  • Packing up and cleaning up sites after each project
  • Implementing and installing landscaping features including mulching and maintaining gardens
  • Performing general maintenance and repairs on-site

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid White Card
  • A strong work ethic and good attitude
  • Good physical fitness to perform manual tasks

As a labourer in our grounds maintenance team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, interact with clients and other professionals, and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
