
Global Human Resources Transformation Specialist

The organisation seeks an experienced and skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role requires the ideal candidate to possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
The successful applicant will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to craft and implement strategic HR initiatives that align people practices with organisational goals.
This includes championing continuous learning, identifying capability needs, and facilitating targeted coaching and educational workshops.
In addition, the HR Business Partner will provide proactive and trusted advice on employee and industrial relations in unionised workforces, collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver effective, long-term solutions.
The role also involves utilising HR data analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and craft strategic solutions that drive organisational success.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to contribute to the ongoing transformation of the People Operations function.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with senior leaders to craft and implement strategic HR initiatives.

- HR Knowledge Enhancement: Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, processes, tools, and best practices.
