Drive Business Development and Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

We are seeking a Lending Professional to spearhead business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing lasting relationships and delivering outstanding results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying aspirations
  • Develop business by cultivating internal and external referral sources, and soliciting external referrals from existing clients
  • Attend regular coaching sessions to enhance lending knowledge and skills, and mentor colleagues on best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar lending role within a financial institution or mortgage brokerage environment
  • Demonstrated success in business development
  • A well-developed understanding of lending products and current responsible lending legislation
