About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Randstad Australia. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring robust financial management across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Finance Business Partners, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals while enhancing financial performance through management accounting duties.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop financial strategies, providing insightful analysis to inform decision-making and support business priorities.
  • Drive and participate in strategic projects that add value to financial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Maximise financial management software and analytical tools to deliver data-driven insights and reporting, enhancing decision-making and financial planning.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures to enhance governance and compliance while fostering a culture of financial accountability and transparency.
Ideal Candidate
  • CA/CPA or equivalent qualifications, with extensive experience in a senior finance business partnering role in a complex management environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of driving financial performance.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
