About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at DFP Recruitment for a one-year maternity leave cover opportunity. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting and developing our HR functions, managing disciplinary actions, handling grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentorship and Development: Guide and develop HR team members to enhance their skills and performance, delegate operational tasks within the team, and identify and nurture high-potential employees and future leaders.
  • HR Partnering: Manage disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency, handle grievances and complaints to maintain a positive work environment, develop and implement policies that promote a positive and productive work environment, conduct workplace investigations as per legislative requirements, lead and support organisational transformations effectively, manage sensitive HR issues with discretion and professionalism, mediate conflicts and facilitate fair and consistent resolution, drive HR initiatives that enhance business performance and employee engagement, oversee HR projects from conception to completion, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, drive HR strategy and business outcomes through effective partnerships, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, from executives to front-line employees, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and provide regular updates on HR initiatives and projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations, support data-driven decision-making using HR analytics tools, and identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance HR efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Human Resources Field with a consistent career trajectory.
  • Significant experience in change management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
