Job Role Overview

Homes NSW aims to provide safe and affordable housing opportunities for those in need. As a Client Service Officer, you will be the key interface between clients and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client-focused services and demonstrate cultural sensitivity
  • Develop innovative solutions for individuals at risk of homelessness or experiencing homelessness
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve performance targets
  • Utilize technology to engage with clients and support outreach initiatives
Our Teams and Work Environment

You will work within one of two teams: Access & Demand or Tenancy Team. Both teams work together to ensure positive housing outcomes for clients.

Access & Demand Team: Rostered shifts involve interacting with clients at the counter or via phone, utilizing online communication tools and software.

Tenancy Team: Regular home visits are conducted by Tenancy Team members, who also interact with clients at the counter or via phone, and utilize technologies such as IPADs and online forms.
