Key Responsibilities- Develop breakthrough strategies across a range of clients, leveraging your expertise in media channels, data analysis, and audience planning.
- Collaborate with our strategy team to deliver on client objectives, working closely with our marketplace counterparts to execute your ideas.
- Build and optimize reach using data-driven insights, working with our implementation teams to translate your strategy into actionable plans for brands.
- Ensure delivery of a digital solution that is relevant to the client's business/brand, working with our implementation teams to fine-tune budget allocation, weights, phasing, site mix, and media plan creation.
- Build key relationships with client stakeholders in marketing, planning, and strategy, working with client teams to share thought leadership on media planning effectiveness.
- A strong base of knowledge across all media channels, including paid, owned, and earned media.
- Comfortable working with data, being able to pull actionable insights within a client's data set and translate this into planning lead implications/optimizations.
- In-depth understanding of the latest research on media effectiveness and how media drives growth.
- Experience in audience and signal planning, understanding how to build audiences and translate them into segments we can buy and activate against.
- Competency working across planning tools from audience planning, allocation, and optimization.
- Ability to work with implementation teams to translate the strategy into actionable plans for brands.
- Ensuring delivery of a digital solution which is relevant to the client's business/brand by working with the Implementation teams to fine tune budget allocation, weights, phasing, site mix with creation of the media plan.
- Builds key relationships with key client stake holders in marketing, planning and strategy
- Works with client teams to share thought leadership on media planning effectiveness either pro-actively or in key stakeholder meetings
