Justice Reform Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our justice reform efforts in Victoria's fastest-growing corridor. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lawyer to make a meaningful impact on the community.

  • Deliver high-quality legal services in criminal law, family violence, and youth crime, ensuring that justice is served and communities are supported.
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
  • Appear in complex matters in the Magistrates' Court and Children's Court, leveraging expertise to drive positive outcomes.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in stakeholder relationships, reform initiatives, and community legal education, further enhancing their skills and expertise.

We are looking for a technically excellent lawyer with a strong background in criminal law, ideally also possessing expertise in family violence and youth crime. The ideal candidate will be a skilled advocate with sound judgement, compassion, and cultural awareness, able to build trust and lead diverse teams effectively.
