Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of client marketing and communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, distribute and track email campaigns via platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
- Create, schedule and optimize content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
- Design digital and print assets using design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Shape corporate documents in word processing software and develop engaging presentations.
- Manage website updates and improvements using content management systems such as WordPress.
- Assist with video projects, from filming and setup through to editing.
- A bachelor's degree in commerce, finance/accounting, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related field.
- 1–3 years' experience in marketing, communications, media or a related role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
- Strong design skills with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Absolute commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
As a highly skilled marketing professional, you will be working alongside senior management and boards to navigate the challenges of developing and executing company strategy within the dynamic listed market landscape.
You will have exposure to future-facing commodities and ASX-listed companies, and will play a key role in delivering excellent work for clients.
