Job Description

We are seeking a Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming client data into actionable insights by processing and enriching datasets using industry-leading tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and manage secure data transfers across platforms like SFTP, Snowflake, and AWS
  • Support client success by troubleshooting data issues, answering queries, and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
  • Contribute to analytics projects by assisting senior consultants with profiling, descriptive analytics, and propensity modeling
  • Drive efficiency and innovation by helping automate processes and improve workflows to reduce manual effort and errors
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in analytics, statistics, marketing, economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Up to 2 years' experience working with data (internships count)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel); exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS) is a plus
  • Bonus points for experience with Python or R, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), or marketing analytics
