Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store remains clean, stocked, and welcoming.

About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, managing store operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockroom and sales floor areas.
  • Ensure that all products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during busy periods.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
