Console Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Console Operator to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store is always clean, stocked, and welcoming for our guests. This is a fast-paced role where being able to multitask and manage your time effectively is essential.

About the Role:

The Console Operator will be responsible for providing outstanding customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all products are well-stocked and easily accessible. They will also be required to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to work on feet for long periods and lift moderate to heavy loads
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Willingness to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
