As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering workplace rehabilitation services that enable individuals to return to work and achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of injured workers to determine the best course of action for their rehabilitation and return to work.
- Develop and implement effective workplace rehabilitation plans that address the needs of injured workers and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Liaise with treating doctors and health professionals to ensure that injured workers receive the best possible care and support.
- Deliver a range of services, including pre-employment assessments, job dictionaries, manual task risk assessments, and interactive manual handling training.
- No billable hour targets, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality services.
