About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our Installation team in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing a safety-focused culture and ensuring adherence to procedures and guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
  • Lead a high-performing team, inspiring and motivating them to exceed customer expectations.
  • Administer contracts and manage financials.
  • Drive key projects aimed at continuous improvement.
About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lift industry experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial environment, managing projects at a project management level.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training.
  • Proven ability to win with customers.
  • A resilient and persevering approach with high emotional intelligence.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
