Leadership Role: As a Kitchen Steward Supervisor, you will oversee a team of kitchen stewards to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of kitchen stewards, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company and safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
