Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our team at W Brisbane. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dish washing machines and hand wash stations.
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals.
  • Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures; report maintenance needs to manager.
