Job Title: Speech Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessments and therapy to a caseload of children and adolescents, delivering direct, family-based and community-based support for developmental delays and disabilities.
  • Conduct assessments and intervention sessions across a mixed-age caseload, collaborate in a multidisciplinary context to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, providing information, education and support.
  • Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and Registration as a speech pathologist.
  • Possession of relevant skills and experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work in culturally diverse environments and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to making a difference through fun, engaging and meaningful therapy.
