About the Role

As a key member of the HWSE team, you will oversee the broader HWSE audit context across the SunRice Group, coordinate second line HWSE audits, and provide direction and coaching on audit activity. You will also report on findings, develop audit tools, assess first line activity, and provide inputs to third line HWSE assurance activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and plan a HWSE audit schedule that aligns with crop year strategic objectives, critical risks, and operational priorities
  • Coordinate audits across sites and functions
  • Foster support for the internal HWSE assurance program across key stakeholders and effectively communicate the benefits of this work for operational sites and functional teams
  • Develop internal audit tools to enable the assessment and reporting of SunRice group's compliance against internal requirements and regulations
  • Assess HWSE team capability and knowledge in conducting internal audits and upskilling where required
  • Analyse first line assurance activities to assess value, quality of work completed, and trends
