  • Motivate and empower the team to deliver quality and effective outcomes
  • Model behaviours and leadership strategies to drive a collaborative and results-driven culture
  • Demonstrate outstanding achievements in driving operation efficiencies and change management initiatives
  • Manage financial cost controls within your department
  • Manage projects to time and cost budgets
  • Develop and maintain high-performing teams
  • Drive process and continuous improvement initiatives
  • E nsure that we constantly strive to achieve our safety and environmental goals.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across all parts of the business.
  • Building and developing strong workplace cultures
  • 7+ years of relevant FMCG / food / beverage manufacturing or similar experience in a leadership role.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and staff costs
  • Effective coaching, presentation, and team-building skills
