Operations Manager Role

About this role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead our OTC team, driving outstanding customer service and professional standards.

You will oversee daily operations, manage rosters, inventory, and ensure excellent teamwork.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead by example, inspiring the OTC team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Provide guidance and support for training and development of team members.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize display merchandising.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and progress.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will have well-developed leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving results and motivating teams.

You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and inspire collaboration.

A relevant retail and people management background is essential, along with a Certificate level qualification.
