Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end review process of marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the Medical/Legal/Regulatory review process and ensuring compliant execution of marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee the MLR review process, including meeting calendars, routing materials through Veeva Vault PromoMats, and documenting approvals to support the launch of commercial products. Additionally, they will act as a point of contact between Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, and vendors for project timelines and task management.

The candidate will lead APLB submissions in partnership with Regulatory Affairs, prepare and submit Form FDA-2253, maintain submission logs, and follow-up tracking. They will also set up and manage distribution and version control of marketing collateral to ensure only current, approved materials are accessible to Sales and customer-facing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, and at least 10 years of marketing operations or commercial operations experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry. They must have experience working on product launches, familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and content approval platforms, and understanding of FDA promotional regulations and OPDP requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of marketing operations or commercial operations experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
  • Experience working on product launches; experience with a Subpart H/Accelerated Approval product is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and content approval platforms
  • Understanding of FDA promotional regulations and OPDP requirements for submission of promotional materials
