Job Title: Digital Performance Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Performance Coordinator. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing plans, driving customer acquisition and retention.

  • Manage and execute digital property listings on project websites, real estate portals, and distribution channels, implementing best practices from analytics.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Implement and manage organic and paid social media activity, including content creation, uploading, and responding to comments.
  • Analyze and report on the success of digital marketing channels and implement optimizations accordingly.
  • Write engaging copy for digital sources, such as websites, ads, and social media.
  • Coordinate, update, and optimize digital property listings on real estate portals.
  • Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PowerBI) to track campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital real estate, or a related field.
  • Content management on websites.
  • Writing marketing copy.
  • Social media marketing and content plan development.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of user experience/design.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM proficiency.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Digital, Marketing, and/or Communications.
